How will I receive the information I requested?

If all the information you supplied is correct, your username and/or password will be sent to your email address. If you requested both username and password, to protect your security, they will be sent to you in separate emails.

How long will it take to receive my username and password?

Once your request has been submitted, you should receive your username and password within ten minutes. If you do not receive an email, please contact support at 1-800-361-0198 or ebusiness@cn.ca.

Once I receive my username and password, do I login as usual?

If you requested your username, once received you can use it to login immediately. Your password has not changed.

If you requested your password, you will be assigned a new, temporary password. Once received, the next time you login you will be asked to provide a new password.

I have not provided a security question and answer. How do I proceed?

All customers who have logged in recently have been asked to add a security question and answer to their profile. It is possible that you never had the opportunity to supply this information. To obtain your username or password, contact support at 1-800-361-0198 or ebusiness@cn.ca.
