For Your Security
Mandatory Security Question and Answer
CN now allows you to have a Security Question and Answer as part of
your profile.
The benefits of having this information
are:
Enhanced security - The correct Security Answer must be provided to CN in
order to obtain information from your profile.
Username Lookup and Password Reset - Supplying the correct Security Answer will allow
you to lookup your username and reset your password, should you happen to forget them.
Input Rules
The following rules apply to the Security Question and Answer
The Security Question:
- Is mandatory
- Can be a maximum of 50 characters in length
- Can be updated from Client Profile Update
The Security Answer:
- Is mandatory
- Can be a maximum of 20 characters in length
- Cannot be the same as your username or password
- Cannot be the same as your Security Question
- Can be updated from Client Profile Update
Procedures
- Enter your Security Question and Answer
- Click Submit to continue
