Request Other Tools

This feature allows you to request access to other tools.

  • To request access to a new tool, select the appropriate checkbox(es) and click on Submit
  • To cancel a tool request, deselect the appropriate checkbox(es) and click on Submit
  • To exit the Request Other Tools page without saving any changes, click on Cancel

Tools that you have access to will already be checked, and cannot be deselected. To remove a tool from your main menu, use the Customize This Menu option.

To view the description of a tool, position the mouse cursor over the tool name.

If you would like an eBusiness Representative to contact you after granting access to the requested tool(s), select the I would like for a CN eBusiness representative to contact me once access has been granted checkbox before pressing Submit.

Upon clicking Submit your request will be sent to the system administrator. Requests are normally processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via e-mail or phone as soon as your request has been completed.
