Shipper's Certification
What is this?
As described in part 172.204 of 49CFR, this is the certification of proper
hazardous materials and dangerous goods classification, packaging, marking,
documentation, etc.
When is the Shipper's Certification required?
The Shipper's Certification is required for all hazardous materials and
dangerous goods shipments originating in, destined to, or travelling via
the United States.
