Frequently Asked Questions about Prices

Some of the questions we have been asked:

• I don't want to receive notifications anymore
• I cannot display the document because I don't have Adobe Acrobat reader
• Can I still receive paper copies of my tariff?
• Can I view Past or Future price documents?

I don't want to receive notifications anymore

To remove yourself from the notifications emails you need to access My Subscriptions. There you will be presented with all the documents to which you have subscribed. To unsubscribe, simply un-check the Subscribed boxes and press the Update Subscription button.

I cannot display the document because I don't have Adobe Acrobat reader

You can download the Acrobat Reader from the Adobe site free of charge. Try this link

Can I still receive paper copies of my tariff?

Paper copies of a tariff will no longer be automatically sent to subscribers but are available upon request.

Can I view Past or Future price documents?

Yes. In the Price Document page, use the Search area to type in the tariff that you are interested in, and select the Date for which you want the price.

You can also click on the All Versions icon when any publication list is displayed to see either past or future documents.

Please Note: CN is using rail mileage calculations from third-party software – ALK Technologies PC* Miler, therefore if the software is upgraded or miles change the miles shown in the download are current miles only.
