My Downloads
This page displays a list of documents that you have selected
to download.
The list offers the following features:
- Reference Number Gives you the default name of the
Excel file that will be downloaded. You can always change this name
once you are about to save the file on your computer.
- Description Lists the reference numbers of the download
source documents.
- Status The status can be either "In Progress",
which means that the document(s) that you requested are being processed
or "Completed" which means that you can now click on the "Completed"
link to download the results.
You can use the "Update Status" button to refresh the page
to see if your request has finished processing. If you refresh and the
request is completed, its status will change and you will be notified
via email unless you chose not to be notified as explained below.
- Email Notification Every time a request completes,
an email notification is sent to the person that initiated it. Should
you decide that you do not want to receive email updates regarding this
you can uncheck the box and clicking on the "Update" button.
Should you decide at some point that you do want email notification,
simply check the box and click the "Update" button.
The Download Spreadsheet
The download spreadsheet allows you to download the details of your moves
into an excel spreadsheet. You can use this information to then upload
into your systems as needed.

* CN is using rail mileage calculations from third-party software
– ALK Technologies PC* Miler, therefore if the software is upgraded
or miles change the miles shown in the download are current miles only.
